The Hobo handbag is a model shaped like half a moon with a shoulder strap that can be adjustable or not. It is characterized by being generally a big handbag of soft and flexible materials like leather of suede, that when its hanging from your shoulder it folds on itself. This makes it a complement par excellence to give you a light and casual look, for which is a very popular handbag for an everyday use.
This handbag style is called Hobo (Vagabond) because it resembles the shape of a vagabond’s a half a moon bag at the end of a stick in cartoons.
It’s been some time since the “vagabond” bag is the center of attention. In the last decades, a sudden wave hit the fashion industry, in which the now big handbags were a tendency. This marked the resurrection of the lazy Hobo handbag.
WHY IS THE HOBO SUCH A CLASSIC? This model has been a “must have” in the last years. This is thanks to its design and size which make it the perfect handbag to complement a casual and practical look, but at the same time, stylish and elegant.
Its shapes, materials and sizes have transcended from a big basic bag used bye globetrotters to carry the essentials, to sophisticated handbags made of all fabrics and textures and colors.
Our model has two parts, the handbag and an insert, joined by a snap system, being the insert the one that allows to put the handbag together, thanks to a type of foam filling, which can be removed and placed in any handbag compatible with its size and shape.
The insert has compartments inside with:
A pocket with a zipper and next to this another one for your cell phone.
On the opposite side and bigger, a padded pocket for your cell phone or tablet.
★ On the inside, a leather belt loop of easy access on one side to place the retractable key ring, and on the other side with a snap to keep your earphones or other small articles.
★ The outside sides have a ring to place the adjustable shoulder strap.
★ Leather handles to remove it easily and then place it in another handbag.
